Olympic Weight Lifting
For the athlete who likes to dedicate their time to weightlifting and strength training, West Palm Athletics offers a barbell club! West Palm Barbell Club is dedicated to teaching athletes about the fundamentals of Olympic Weight Lifting along with building a base of strength and technique. Separate from the CrossFit area, the barbell club has six handmade platforms each with a full set of weights and squat rack. Daily programming, designed by our USAW certified and nationally ranked head coach, will enable you to hit your weightlifting goals!
